KOKORO robotic Giant Insects are scientifically accurate and mechanically show visitors some of their behaviors, such as a locust spreading its wings to take flight. Many exhibitors have chosen to include live bug zoos, IMAX special features, and hands-on insects to this exhibit.

“Children are naturally fascinated by insects, and this exhibit will further enhance a child’s curiosity of bugs”, said Caroline Etherton, the Exploreum’s assistant director. “Even those who think bugs are simply creepy crawlers will enjoy this exhibit and learn to appreciate these giant’s tiny relatives.”
