KOKORO worked closely with the scientific and museum community to develop this original traveling exhibit depicting Mammals of the Ice Age. We are quite proud of what we were able to accomplish, both artistically and scientifically, in bringing this one-of-a-kind exhibit to fine institutions throughout the world.
The Ice Age was a geologically active time with moving glaciers, volcanoes and earthquakes violently changing the Earth’s landscape. This time in history following the extinction of the dinosaurs spanned between 60 million and 3 million years ago, and was the one in which mammals emerged as a dominant species on Earth.
