Fall ’10 – The World of Giant Insects

Normally, a museum full of bugs is a bad thing, but not this summer! You’ll love these larger-than-life creepy crawlies, including a giant Chinese praying mantis, two colossal beetles locked in combat, a vast swallowtail butterfly caterpillar more.

The World of Giant Insects opened June 19 with our biggest BUG DAY ever! The exhibit continues all summer, closing October 31, so you can visit again and again. Don’t miss bug-themed programs each Saturday (June 26 – August 28) at 11:00 a.m. So hop, fly or flutter on over to the Museum of Arts and Sciences.

Thank you to our generous Presenting Sponsor, Robins Federal Credit Union, and co-sponsors: The Medical Center of Central Georgia, Allgood Pest Solutions, 13-WMAZ, the JET Foundation at CFCG, Air Compressor Sales, Inc., The Gannett Foundation, Cox Communications, FastSigns and Zaxby’s.
